Hum Saath Saath Hai

The trials and challenges of a joint family in India, whose parents are Ramkishen and second wife Mamta, and have three sons and a married daughter. The eldest son is handicapped since birth, and is from Ramkishen’s first wife. Mamta, the second wife, hates him, and like Kaikeyi in Ramayana wants the estate and wealth in her sons’ names. She and her daughter’s father-in-law, scheme together, and have the eldest son, including his wife and child, thrown out of the house. Mamta and her sons are all set to control the finances and the estate – until she finds out that her very own sons do not approve of nor support her actions in throwing their step-brother out of the house.

Nautanki Saala

Ram Parmar is a lead actor “Raavan” in a popular stage play “Raavan Leela”, but in real life is a quintessential good guy, whose values echo those of his namesake Lord Ram. One day he meets Mandar Lele, a lonely and a misfortunate human equivalent of a natural disaster. Ram Parmar’s life will never be the same again, as everything that Mandar Lele does, leads to chaos and misfortune. But, as he gets to know Mandar better, he see’s in him a lovable soul with amazing potential and the root cause of his blues being a love gone sour. He decides to track down the women of Mandar’s dreams “Nandini” a pretty, elegant florist who is afraid of being alone and always ends up with Mr.Wrong. Ram Parmar decides to unite the lovers, which ensues a comedy of errors and misadventures, where all of his acting skills are tested to their limit, as he improvises his way through a hilarious real life drama, complemented by the loose cannon Mandar Lele.

Trip to Bhangarh

It’s based on the legend of Asia’s most haunted place- of an 18 year old Rani Ratnavati and her secret lover- a tantric who had used his magic tricks to cast a spell on her but never succeeded fully. The princess eventually saw through him and as a consequence he was killed. But before that he cursed the city with an impending destruction. A year later, the city destroyed and almost everyone , including Ratnavati, perished. A series of strange incidents thereafter lent credence to the haunted place theory. A strange intoxicating smell greets the new visitors at Bhangarh. And this is followed by Nightmares, accidents and scary experiences but none of that make believe stuff works.

Aashiqui

Rahul and Anu Verghese meet on the same day, while both are held by the police on charges of creating a disturbance, and running away respectively. Rahul is angry with his dad for marrying a second time, while his first wife is still alive; and Anu ran away from an oppressive girls’ hostel run by Arnie Campbell. They meet again, and love happens. Rahul helps Anu to be independent, and seek a job. Then Anu is discovered by a talent agent to be a model, which she accepts. Rahul wants to marry Anu, but first must establish himself. He does establish himself as a singer, but is under the impression that Anu helped him with his career, his ego is hurt, and he is resentful against Anu. Anu then decides to better her career she must re-locate to Paris, France. 

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag

This is a true story based on the life of an Indian athlete Milkha Singh. He ran for India during 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. Milkha Singh (Farhan Akhtar) has a flashback of his childhood days as a young boy which haunted him and resulted in him becoming an athlete. During the partition of India in 1947, his parents died in the Punjab violence. He makes his way to Delhi and meets his sister there. Living in impoverished refugee camps, Milkha soon makes friends and survives by stealing along with his friends. He falls in love with Biro (Sonam Kapoor) but she asks him to live a life of honesty. He joins the Indian Army and they see his talent as an athlete. He gets selected for the Indian Team for Olympics. He manages to win the race and makes it to the Indian Team. During the Indo- Pakistan games, Milkha takes the lead and not only wins the race but also wins the respect of the two nation’s people. The Pakistani commander impressed by his effort gives him the title “The Flying Sikh”.

Bobby Jasoos

Bobby (Vidya Balan), the eldest daughter in a family living in the old city of Hyderabad has a thing for spying. She aspires to be a detective in spite of her father’s continuous disapproval. In one of her spying ventures, she finds her friend Afreen with a local don, Lala, she keeps it from Afreen’s mother, who employed her. She finally gets a break when a rich client pays her handsomely to find two young girls in the old city, by their name, age and birthmarks without asking any questions. As she finds them he asks her to find a guy as a final job. But, when Bobby tries to see what happened to those two girls, she finds them both missing. Meanwhile, Tasawur (Ali), a handsome TV anchor, having a common friend with Bobby, in a desperate bid to avoid other marriage proposals, proposes to her family to marry her. What did the rich man did with those young girls? How will Bobby deal with Tasawur?

Creature 3D

The plot revolves around folklore that there are Brahmarakshas—some kind of creatures who are suffering from the curse of Lord Brahma. These half-men, half-animal creatures, according to the film’s story, still exist in Indian jungles because they cannot find salvation. But alas, a Brahmarakshas is on the prowl. Stealthily it closes the distance between itself and a couple of honeymooners. The police callously blame the attacks on wild animals instead of hunting down the real killer. But Aahna decides she will take charge. The action picks up when Ahana and the 10-feet long creature lock themselves in battle. The professor tries to use his techniques and remedies to kill the ‘brahma rakshas’ but all in vain.

Monsoon

It is a story of a 15 yr old boy who falls in love with a 28 yr old married woman, whose husband (a forest officer) dies while he is on duty. The film revolves around the dreams and fantasies of the teen and the way he protects the woman from the evil society.

Roy

This romantic thriller revolved around Arjun, Ranbir and Jacqueline. In the film, Arjun plays a film director whose hero is none other than Ranbir Kapoor. Ranbir, whose name in the film is also Roy, is actually a big thief who has pulled off impossible heists. He has dodged bullets, chased cars and yet, no authority has been able to get to him. Jacqueline Fernandez has a double role and is essaying the role of a film director.

Filmistaan

In Mumbai, affable Bollywood buff and wanna-be-actor Sunny, who works as an assistant director, fantasizes on becoming a heart-throb star. However, at every audition he is summarily thrown out. Undeterred, he goes with an American crew to remote areas in Rajasthan to work on a documentary. One day an Islamic terrorist group kidnaps him for the American crew-member. Sunny finds himself on enemy border amidst guns and pathani-clad guards, who decide to keep him hostage until they locate their original target. The house In which he is confined belongs to a Pakistani, whose trade stems from pirated Hindi films, which he brings back every time he crosses the border. Soon, the two factions realize that they share a human and cultural bond. The film shows how cinema can be the universal panacea for co-existence.
