She carefully devised methods to get closer to the military in Pakistan, and saved millions of lives of Indian soldiers, by informing them about enemy positions, troop movements and strike blueprints across the border.

Zakhm
Ajay (Ajay Devgan) and his wife, Sonia (Sonali Bendre), are unsure whether they should risk having a child in India in the midst of widespread turbulence. After Ajay’s mother (Pooja Bhatt) is seriously injured by Muslim demonstrators, she tells him about her marriage to a Hindu, Raman Desai (Nagarjuna). As a Muslim, Ajay’s mother was unable to marry Raman without pretending to be a Christian. Her dying wish is to be interred as a Muslim — which draws the anger of Hindu nationalists.
Manjhi: The Mountain Man
Dashrath Manjhi was a poor man from the lowest of the low castes, living in a remote village cut off from the world by a rocky mountain range. Life for him was a daily struggle for survival. He loved his wife, Phaguniya, beyond belief. One day, while climbing the mountain to bring him food, his wife slipped, fell and died. Overwhelmed by grief, Dashrath decided to carve out a path through the mountain, so that no one else would suffer his fate. For 22 years, all by himself, with just a hammer and a chisel, he hammered away at the rocks, till the path was carved out from the mountain.

Pardes
Synopsis: Kishorilal (Amrish Puri) is a successful businessman settled in America but still emotionally attached to his motherland – India. So the he comes to India with his “American” son Rajiv (Apurva Agnihotri) to find a suitable ‘”Indian” girl for him. Kishorilal hopes that she will instill some Indian values in his extremely westernized son. He finds Ganga (Mahima Chaudhry) in the house of his childhood friend Suraj Dev (Alok Nath). To finalize the marriage he sends his son along with his foster son Arjun (Shahrukh Khan) to India. Arjun plays Cupid and returns to America with Ganga and Rajiv.
Siddharth
After sending away his 12-year-old son Siddharth for work, Mahendra (a chain-wallah who fixes broken zippers on the streets) is relieved – his financial burdens will be alleviated. But when Siddharth fails to return home, Mahendra learns he may have been taken by child-traffickers. With little resources and no connections, he travels across India in pursuit, with the hope that whatever force arbitrarily took his child away will return him unharmed.
Sairat
Sairat is a love story, as advertised. Aarchi , a rich upper class girl falls for her classmate Parshya , a poor but smart boy from the lower social strata. The magic happens, and they start seeing each other. Secretly at first, but they get bolder with passing time. The problem is that Aarchi is not just from the upper class, her father is a powerful politician, and her brother Prince is following in on his footsteps. The entire affair is a recipe for trouble, and as expected, trouble arrives. With the help of Parshya’s friends, Baalya and Salya, they decide to make a run for it, but fate has other plans.
Ta Ra Rum Pum
Rajveer Singh works as a pit stop crew worker at the New York speedway and dreams of becoming a race car driver himself one day. Fate has a pleasant surprise in store for him when he is selected as the driver for a down-and-out team called Racing Saddles. He falls in love with Radhika and she marries him against her wealthy father’s wish. Over the years, they are blessed with two adorable children, Princess and Champ, and Rajveer “R.V.” becomes the highest ranking race car driver in the US. But a racing accident puts him out of the racing circuit for a year and when he returns he discovers that he has lost his touch. He is fired from the team and the family is forced to relocate from their posh mansion to a poorer suburb. As the family battles their problems whether Rajveer will return to the race tracks remains to be seen.
Aradhana
Vandana and Arun fall in love the instant they meet. On a trip to a Shiv temple, they get married in an impromptu ceremony in front of God. A chance rainshower strands them at a remote hotel where Vandana gets pregnant. With their legal marriage just around the corner, they don’t worry about the consequences of their actions, but unfortunately, Arun dies in a plane crash. Vandana chooses to have the child, Suraj, and as she promised to Arun, wants to raise him to be an Air Force pilot. Fate is cruel to Vandana, however, and the child is adopted by a wealthy family. Vandana becomes a nursemaid to stay close to Suraj. A family member tries to molest her, and in the ensuing fight, Suraj comes to protect her and kills the perpetrator. Vandana chooses a jail sentence to save Suraj, but in the course of her sentence, loses the family–and with it: Suraj. Now what will Vandana do? To find out, watch Aradhana.
