Half Girlfriend

Half Girlfriend revolves around a Bihari boy, Madhav Jha (Arjun), and a rich Delhi girl, Riya Somani (Shraddha). Students at a top Delhi college, the two bond over basketball and music. But while Madhav is smitten, Riya is only ready to be his ‘half-girlfriend.’
Half Girlfriend is the cinematic adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s novel of the same name.

Ok Jaanu

Laaga Chunari Mein Daag: Journey of a Woman

Laaga Chunari Mein Daag deals with one conservative relatively poor family and talks mainly about the eldest girl who takes up the responsibility of protecting and supporting her family financially. Badki (Rani Mukherjee) and Chutki (Konkana Sen) live a fun-filled life in Banaras. Badki is aware that the family is in dire straits, but she and her mother protect Chutki at all costs. When things get worse, Badki decides to go to Mumbai and seek a living for the family. Alone and unsupported in the midst of the urban jungle of Mumbai, Badki battles with dark forces, keeping her focus on her purpose to support her family and continue Chutki’s education. She deliberately morphs into someone else, leading a secret life full of murky compromises. When Chutki comes to Mumbai to work, things take a dramatic turn as she has to hide her secrets from Chutki. But her dual life is revealed, and the two sisters come face to face.Everything threatens to explode in their faces, destroying all of them.

Aradhana

Vandana and Arun fall in love the instant they meet. On a trip to a Shiv temple, they get married in an impromptu ceremony in front of God. A chance rainshower strands them at a remote hotel where Vandana gets pregnant. With their legal marriage just around the corner, they don’t worry about the consequences of their actions, but unfortunately, Arun dies in a plane crash. Vandana chooses to have the child, Suraj, and as she promised to Arun, wants to raise him to be an Air Force pilot. Fate is cruel to Vandana, however, and the child is adopted by a wealthy family. Vandana becomes a nursemaid to stay close to Suraj. A family member tries to molest her, and in the ensuing fight, Suraj comes to protect her and kills the perpetrator. Tanu Weds Manu

London-based Dr. Manoj Sharma returns home to Delhi, and in the company of his parents, Kishan and Anju, as well as several others, travels to Chaman Ganj, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh to meet his prospective bride, Tanuja Trivedi. He approves of her, informs his elders and they begin preparations for the marriage. Subsequently he gets a rude awakening when Tanuja tells him that she already has a boyfriend and plans to marry him even against her parents’ wishes. Manoj informs his parents, and they set about to see other girls for their son – albeit in vain – as he has his heart set on Tanuja, and is all set to return back unmarried. Manoj and Tanuja are fated to meet again in Kapurthala, Punjab, while attending the marriage of Jaspreet Singh Jassi and Payal Sinha. While Manoj hopes to win Tanuja’s heart – he will face more rejection when she enlists his assistance to elope with another male.

Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2

Gogo (Kartik Aaryan), Chauka (Sunny Nijar) and Thakur (Omkar Kapoor) are flatmates and best friends. Film start with Gogo meeting Ruchika a.k.a Chiku (Nushrat Bharucha) and gives her his number. Siddharth ends up meeting Supriya (Sonnalli Seygall) at a family wedding and instantly falls for her. Thakur meets Kusum (Ishita Raj Sharma) while working out at the gym and they start seeing each other. The guys get into relationships with the girls. However, sweetness of love starts to fade. Gogo disapproves of the proximity between Chiku and Sunny, her best friend. Siddhart helps Supriya and her family in their chores, but Supriya is not willing to take the relationship forward. Kusum does not support Thakur in his business adventure and is using him for her luxuries. At the end, the boys give up and leave the girls. The film ends with them acknowledging that the only place where they can get the true love is from their mother.

Chandni

Chandni (Sridevi) faces life alone, her heart and her dreams shattered as Rohit (Rishi Kapoor) disappears from her life. When she meets Lalit (Vinod Khanna) who is fighting the demons of tragic memories, they both find solace in this new friendship. Lalit is falling for her and Chandni resigns to destiny, till one day, Rohit knocks on her door. CHANDNI is a classic Yash Chopra love story.
